Pregnancy and Infertility

Reposting as I wasn't able to post the complete question in the last post. I recently got a whole abdomen ultrasound done and would like to know if having the mentioned diagnosis is curable and can cause infertility? My major symptom is that i am having continuous pain in my lower abdomen, especially right side of the lower abdomen, and I suffer from extreme pain during my menstrual cycle. Also, I am unable to hold urine and stool for long due to this pain( I don't know if it is related to the diagnosis) Is it treatable without any surgery? Is it benign? Will I be able to conceive ?

Can someone please explain the uploaded report ?   Is there any treatment that can help to recover ?

Is myomectomy a difficult procedure? How long does the surgery will take ? Is the healing process difficult? Is there any other to reduce 10 myoma without surgery ?

Thanks DR Vijaya Gupta for answering my earlier query on side effect on ovulation induction. As you said every medication and injections has some side effect, in ovulation induction does it impact on my fertility or only some normal side effect like vomiting, nausea etc? Like if 3 cycle failed and I would wish to try naturally for some more time, at that time will it create more issue as I have already gone through ovulation induction? Please help in clarifying it.

My mother got menstrual bleeding and pain after 12 years of menopause. We show her to the gynaecologist. He advised sonography. The report is attached for reference. The report shows the endometrial polyp. 3 days before the doctor did D&C and sample was sent for biopsy. Report is awaited but the doctor told us there is nothing to worry 99.99 % of report will come normal. So my question is any thing to worry. We are in very stressful situation. Pls. Help. Need your second opinion.

It was my 2nd iui and it failed as i got my periods today. I had 4 follicles in the right ovary -. 21mm, 18mm, 16 and 14 mm. My hsg reports are normal. I took 5 humog shots and a trigger of 10000. We are devastated, not sure what went wrong. Why did the second one also fail?

Till last period cycle, I was breast feeding my 3 years old kid. 3 weeks back, I stopped the breast feeding to my 3 years kid. My period cycle length is 25 days. As I stopped feeding, in this month can I expect period late? Is there possibility of delay in period and change in period cycle length due to stop feeding ? Could you please suggest on this ?

For last 5 months, my menstruation cycle length has been changed to 25 days. Prior to that it was 28 days. As per my attached follicle report, suddenly there is one follicle seen in left ovary of 12*11 mm. Earlier there were one dominant follicle of size 13*10 which is growing not at all. So, what is the meaning of a sudden seen dominant follicle in left ovary? What is this considering my recent cycle length of 25 days? I have attached the report. We got married in 2009. Our first baby is a girl who was born on 10 Oct 2010 normally. Then I have 3 misscarrige in the year 2019, 2021, and 2023. I don't have any problem to conceive but everything during the 7th week heartbeat didn't come. I was under the supervision of gynecologists, but the same result each time. Recently, the doctor detected toxoplasma (650 IU/mL) and polyp in the uterus. I want to consult with a doctor who is a misscarrige specialist . I will do initial consultation through video and then visit chennai. I heard about Doctor ramkrisnan s. Does he treat about misscarrige? Kindly suggest me a specialist doctor. How can I send all report before consultation?
