Pregnancy and Infertility

It's 1.3 years after delivery . My periods started after 7 months of delivery initially my cycle length was 27 to 28 days. Now in last two months I am getting my period cycle length is 23 to 25 days. Bleeding is there for 5 days. Day 2 and 3 heavy to moderate bleeding 4 and 5 minimum. Is this fine or anything to be evaluated?

I have took the blood my wbc is 16100 ,neutrophils count 83,lymphocytes is 12 and pcv is 32.8 What could these results means as iam in my 7th month pregency. Kindly suggest me

I got my periods around 13 th of december 2023 and now Since 3 days I am having pain near my lower abdomen simmilar to period cramps why is it happening as if periods are about to come but there is not bleeding only cramps for some time.

I have tried 4 natural cycle to get conceive. I have not successful in 4 cycles. I am having kid which was by natural process 3 years back. Now, have done basic investigation done. I found there are some issue in ovulations by follicle monitoring that the follicle is not growing. What should I do now? Shall I try few more natural cycle? Or I should straightaway go for fertility treatment like ovulation induction? Kindly advice.

Hi doctor, yesterday i did my anomoly scan..my placenta site is posterior placenta grade 2 and cervix margin is 4.3 cm Is this normal.

Mine is IVF (ICSI) conception a day 5 embryo. My lmp shows 6 weeks 1day but my tvs is 5 weeks 3 days with CRL 2.3mm .  Fetal pole seen and cardiac activity faint flicker is seen. Is there anything to be worried about? They asked me to repeat the scan after one week. Kindly advise 🙏.
