Pregnancy and Infertility

There is para ovarian cyst on left side ovary and small follicles on right side ovary. I am attaching the USG report . kindly tell if there is anything serious. Tsh is 8.6

I am having regular cycle varying 26-29 days and no medical issue, trying to conceive since last 2 cycle but ends to periods. Tracking ovulation days from just an app showing from 10th to 18th day. Please suggest me some ways or tips which guide to conceive soon

For last 5 months my period cycle is 25 days. Before that it was 28 to 29 days. I have attached my follicular study report. In the report we can see one follicle is growing on left ovary and it started from day 15. What we could understand by seeing the attached report? Will ovulation happen? I have stopped breast feeding to my 3 years kid last month only.

Hi , My wife had her last period on November 24 and its been 8 days delay than her expected period date. Initially from 4th delay day she taken mensovit plus 4 tabs for period but no symptoms received To avoid risk we did urine test with kit at home and result is negative. We still have doubt and went to hospital , senior gyncologist tested ultrasonic and said its negative. Also urine and blood reports also negative. DOCTOR said it could be because of breast feeding and given CRINA NCR 10 MG tabs for 5 days. Its been already 3days she taken tablets but so far no symptoms for perior. We are bit worried as we are not intrested to conceive at this stage as we have 1.5 yr kid and we will not able to give time due to work. Could you please suggest any steps to avoid risk

My last period date was on 28th November but this month I didn't had period and suddenly today I started bleeding..I am afraid... sometimes feeling nausea also..
