As i got my lower abdomen ultrasound it was seen that mild free fluid is seen in cul de sac.
What actually it is ? Some doctor are saying it's pid some saying it's swelling in uterus.kindly tell in detail

At the time of ovulation in the mid cycle when the egg ruptures a little fluid is seen in the cul de sac
The diagnosis of PID is not by an ultrasound
Go for a papsmear and vaginal swab culture if you are sexually active
