Bhcg high but yolk sac not seen
Hi
My bhcg is around 37000 accounts ultrasound the gestational sac is seen and is around 5 weeks but no fetal pole or yolk sac seen
But actual i am 7 weeks pregnant doctor
So is this normal case
Please advise with next steps

There is definitely a lag in the growth of the embryo by 2 weeks.You can wait for 1 week and repeat the USG scan
