In my first ultrasound , they saw a foetal pole but no yolk sac . I am 6 w 3 day . Also there is no heartbeat?why

Many times delayed conception occurs specifically if you hv had irregular cycles and also if you hv conceived after treatment..
Repeat an ultrasound pelvis after 2 weeks..for fetal viability.
