No gestational sac in ultrasound
Hi I'm 6 weeks pregnant and had a positive home test. But the ultrasound showed no gestational sac. My cycle average is 35 days. What could this mean

Your cycle is of 35 days so you have delayed ovulation so one possibility is that the scan was done at v early gestation n so sac could not be seen for which you have to repeat a scan after a week .the second possibility is that of an ectopic pregnancy ..if there is no intrauterine sac then get your adnexa scanned for any ectopic gestational sac.. Serial bhcg will have to be done.
