7.3 Weeks Pregnancy but no fetal pole
I had my implant on 24th March 2025, My beta hcg leve is rising , First USG was on 18th April, sac was visible of 2.9mm, gestational sac visible My second usg was on 26th April, now two sacs visible of size 6.25 mm and 7.35 mm but no fetal pole no yolk sac. I am very sacred I don't knw what to do, One radiologist said it is early pregnancy failure suggestive. Another asked me to wait for one more week for usg. Please help.

If there's no pain or bleeding yet you can repeat the ultrasound and see. Or you can get a serum beta hcg twice 48 hours apart and see the trend.

We can wait for another week and do a scan. Stay relaxed. Sometimes it takes time for the yolk sac and fetal pole to appear.

Fetal pole is seen at 6 weeks If not you need to proceed with termination
