No yolk sac at 7 weeks 2 days as per LMP
My last Period date is 27th Jan I tested positive on 2nd March with pregnancy kit On 9th March did TVS ultrasound and found gestational sac of 6.7 mm without yolk sac Did 2nd ultrasound on 20th March and again only gestational sac of 13.7 mm seen without yolk sac Attaching ultrasound reports Bchcg on 9th Marc 3860 Bhcg on 11th march 5860 Doc has suggested to go for termination or max we can wait for 4-5 days and do one more scan Pls suggest what to be done?? Which option is best

This  is  called   anembryonic  pregnancy   it  won't go  beyond  10  to 12  weeks  evacuation  is  needed

Repeat scan after ten days Can wait till then

If no progress in the report even then : your treating gynaecologist will go ahead with termination

The growth of the fetus is not as expected In 11 days the fetus has grown only 6 days After 6 weeks fetal pole shud be seen U can proceed with termination
