Mam I got delivery on 23 nov 2023 ,c section
And , bleeding continued till 15 December,23 days ,after that I didn't get my periods,is this a serious issue should I consult a gynecologist

It is normal not to get periods when you are breastfeeding
make sure you are not pregnant
Because in the absence of periods also if you have intercourse you can be pregnant

It is almost 12 weeks since you had your Caesarean. Lactational amenorrhea is a known entity but you can conceive during lactational amenorrhea without realising that you are pregnant.
Please consult with your Gynaecologist. You should do a pregnancy test and if not pregnant then you should get a Copper T fitted. Then you can lead your normal life without the fear of pregnancy.
If you are exclusively breast feeding your baby then your periods might be delayed till 6 months also. It is a normal phenomenon. However accidental pregnancies can happen in this time too. For further elaboration kindly connect.
If you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby then this might me the reason for lactational ammenorohea but you should also get the pregnancy test done by morning urine sample
