According to ART law and pcpndt law, nobody in India can help you have a male child even through IVF. Gender selection is impossible legally in India.

After 3 caesarean sections, a 4th pregnancy is possible for some women, but each repeat surgery raises the risk of the scar not holding well, heavy bleeding, and an abnormally attached placenta. This needs a proper risk check before you try again, not a general yes or no.
Next Steps
Most doctors advise waiting at least 18 to 24 months after your last caesarean before conceiving again, so the scar heals well. Your weight is also worth working on beforehand, since it affects both the IVF process and pregnancy risk. Please see your obstetrician in person with your full history before trying again.
Health Tips
A scan to check your caesarean scar thickness before trying again is strongly advised, given you have had three already.
