Pregnancy and Infertility

I had typhoid last month and was under treatment for 15 days. I took taxim o, monocef,Azithromycin and a few more antibiotics course for almost 7 days. Now my period is delayed. While doing the ultrasound  at the hospital my ovaries were a little swell. Now I am having white discharge but my period is delayed by 5-6 days. Is it because of the antibiotics? And is there something to worry about

I am trying to conceive, it's just my second cycle for that  having regular cycle no diseases,here doctors suggested to take folic acid supplements, could you guys please suggest name dosage and frequency for the medicine and how long should be take.

I have attached my LH kit test result. Will test result is positive? If yes when the ovulation will happen?

Delayed conception is possible when a women ovulation is delayed ? I want to know this questions answer.

I have spot of blood before my periods I am suffering from Irregular periods sometimes it comes in mid of month, nearly it occurs in the end of month or start.

My menstruation cycle is used to have 25 days since last 5 months. Before that it was 28 to 29 days. This month I have undergone follicular monitoring. As per the attached report the follicle in left ovary has increased to 18*15 mm on 19th day. As this is delay considering my pass menstruation cycle length,will it rupture in coming days? What is the possibility it will rupture? Once it ruptures then from the day of rupture to 13 to 14 days it will take to get the period? Or period can come immediately after follicle rupture as well? Please suggest on this. I would be really thankful. I have attached my report. Thanks.

Is it okay to have pain in abdomen when you are on meprate tablet to delay periods, does it means my periods are coming?
