Growth scan performed at 33 weeks is showing cisterna magna as 11.7 mm. Rest all the things appear normal. Baby growth is also steady and good.
Please suggest what to do.

Do nothing.
If the other sonography parameters for head size are normal then there is no cause for concern. You should consult with a Neurosurgeon in your area after the baby is born.

At 33 weeks you have no option but to deliver the baby
At this point of time even if there is an abnormality nothing can be done
If the level 2 ultrasound was normal nothing to worry
