Menopause or Perimenopause
My wife is of 46 Years, She has many issues with menstrual cycle. She is not Having MC since 2-3 months. We got her hormonal tests and results are as follows- Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) = 64.26, Lutinising Hormone (LH)=15.55 , Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH)=0.035. Please guide us to get answers of following queries- 1. Is it Menopause or Perimenopause? 2. Whenever we travel she takes Registrone CR 10 MG to avoid any risk of MC. Is it right to do so?

Hormonal values are already in the menopausal range. Best thing would be to get a scan done to check for the uterus lining and then treat accordingly.

Fsh more than 20 is suggestive of menopause Once a patient has attained menopause she will not get a periods so no point taking regestrone
