Plz seek a full workup, it may not be just perimenopause. Do not neglect chest pain and also see a psychiatrist

Please consult a Gynaecologist for a clinical examination. In your case the diagnosis of Psychological abnormalities will be by default, that is by excluding that there is nothing physically wrong with you. A thorough examination is a must.

Chest pain is not a part of perimenopause. You need to see a physician as soon as possible for that, who can guide you further. Mood changes can be very well managed with meditation, exercise as well as medication if required. So please contact for further guidance so your problem can be discussed at length

These are not perimenopausal symptoms. The chest pain needs to be seen to . It could be just gastritis or some other issue. Also the psychological symptoms need to be discussed with psychiatrist if they are troublesome.
