Delayed menstrual cycle but no pregnancy

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My wife is due for her menstrual cycle for 17th day today. We were sure that she is pregnant but when we took card test 3-4 times, every time it shows negative results. She is experiencing constant nausea, and stomach ache since a week now. Kindly help us out with this issue.
