Irregular menstrual cycle & PCOD
I have irregular menstrual cycle. Menses occur once in 2months or 1.5months. I have PCOD also. What should I do?

Hello, Visit a gynecologist and she will prescribe you medications to regularize your periods and hence, overcome PCOS. Also, eat healthy and do regular exercise.

Hi good afternoon Thnxs for your question Don't worry Ur menes irregular is due to polycystic ovaries. For that u have to consult Gynecologist for further treatment plan

Irregular menses are a typical feature of PCOS. In case you are overweight, weight loss will help. Visit a gynaecologist so that you can evaluated and if needed, medications may be started
