Hormonal imbalance irregular periods
I am facing issues with my menstrual cycle. My periods are very irregular, and sometimes I don't get them for 3 months or even longer. I also have high prolactin levels, facial puffiness, unwanted facial hair, hair fall, and weight gain. My weight seems to be stuck, and I am unable to lose weight despite trying. I am concerned about PCOS and hormonal imbalance.

You definitely have some hormonal imbalances and PCOS which is a polyendocrine metabolic disorder. This requires proper evaluation, consultation with your Gynecologist and you can think about starting Oral contraceptive pills which will help regularise your cycles and help with facial hair. Weight loss plays a vital role in this and it is advisable to exercise 5 days a week, 30 mins a day atleast!

Irregular periods for months at a time, together with high prolactin, facial hair, puffiness, and stubborn weight gain, point toward a hormonal cause, commonly PCOS, though thyroid issues or the raised prolactin itself can look similar and need ruling out first.
Next Steps
A gynaecologist will likely order a pelvic ultrasound and hormone panel including thyroid to pin down the exact cause behind your symptoms.
Health Tips
Since prolactin is already elevated, please see your gynaecologist soon, as very high levels sometimes need imaging.
