Pregnancy and Infertility

My last period date was on 28th November but this month I didn't had period and suddenly today I started bleeding..I am afraid... sometimes feeling nausea also..

Our frozen embryo transfer is scheduled on sat (06/01/24) We have four excellent embryo one good and 4 embryo average...my endo was 9.. What will be sucess rate for this cycle?

Planning to go for myomectomy in 1-2 months doctor said that the size of fibroid is already 10 but I don't have any pain or I have not come across such difficult symptoms yet except infertility... Trying for a child since 2 years initially doctor to try naturally in case I conceive then the tumour can be removed during delivery but I have not conceived.... This is making me depressed day by day... I am not ready for the surgery but I think I have no other option... There is no guarantee that I can ever conceive after myomectomy as well....

I had c-section 5 months ago.  After that I inserted IUD but my bleeding started from that time.  And after a few days I started having pain in my c-section area.  So I got it removed but my bleeding did not stop and also some pain. What should I do?
