Hi, how to reduce belly fat after c section. After how many months do the exercises? Which type of exercises help to reduce belly fat. How many days would take to reduce belly fat.

My periods come on time every month . First two days are normal both flow and blood colour but from last four months i am noticing that the quantity of blood on the third day of period coming very less , i can use one sanitary pad for whole day and the colour of blood also differs on third day i.e brown. I am not feeling any weakness and no other symptom. Is it normal to bleed less on third day of period? If not, thn what could be the possible reason?

How many cycle of ovulation induction we should try? Does ovulation induction method has any side effect on future fertility? Does these medications impact in any way ? I would request you to share information on this as I am planning to go through it. So, please provide expert advice on it.

It's 1.3 years after delivery . My periods started after 7 months of delivery initially my cycle length was 27 to 28 days. Now in last two months I am getting my period cycle length is 23 to 25 days. Bleeding is there for 5 days. Day 2 and 3 heavy to moderate bleeding 4 and 5 minimum. Is this fine or anything to be evaluated?

Mine is IVF (ICSI) conception a day 5 embryo. My lmp shows 6 weeks 1day but my tvs is 5 weeks 3 days with CRL 2.3mm .  Fetal pole seen and cardiac activity faint flicker is seen. Is there anything to be worried about? They asked me to repeat the scan after one week. Kindly advise 🙏.
