Fibroid  if not causing any  symptoms like pain ,heavy bleeding and are not large in size do not require surgery.

Surgery' is  advisable when the fibroid is symptomatic and not treatable by medication or more than 10 cm in size Symptoms will include excessive and irregular vaginal bleeding early periods before 21 days
