Pregnancy and Infertility

She has been diagnosed with UTI and had taken injections prescribed by the doctor as per course. After a month we got the urine culture done and still the EColi is positive with 10000 cfu/ml in the report. She took Fosfona 3gm last night and thereafter started suffering from body ache, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Kindly suggest what should be done. Is this an emergency situation or side effect of the medicine? P.S: The patient is diabetic and takes insulin regularly.

I had an abortion 25 days back, bleeding stopped on 15th and got the check up done on 20th, everything was fine. But now I've again started experiencing heaviness in lower abdomen and discharge. What could be the reason ?

I am suffering from the problem of missing periods from the last two years. My periods were very irregular and the doctor has taken all the tests and even ultrasound. And after that she said it's the beginning  of Menopause . But now from the last four months I have had no  periods and in the last month only spotting was there for five days.
