I found a mass-like thing on my pad today. I'm on my periods. Recently diagnosed with PCOS (had irregular periods) because of which I was taking diane 35 for treatment and hence got periods two days back. Now I'm having sudden sharp pains below my stomach in my lower abdomen area, got these pains 3 times in the last 1-2 hour. Can you please help assess what's going on with me? I got my last period on 30 nov 23. Now since last week I am spotting. My HCG beta result is 1.20 whereas my AMH 1.25. Facing little pain in my stomach sometimes not always. What could be the reason.

She has been diagnosed with UTI and had taken injections prescribed by the doctor as per course. After a month we got the urine culture done and still the EColi is positive with 10000 cfu/ml in the report. She took Fosfona 3gm last night and thereafter started suffering from body ache, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Kindly suggest what should be done. Is this an emergency situation or side effect of the medicine? P.S: The patient is diabetic and takes insulin regularly.

I am suffering from the problem of missing periods from the last two years. My periods were very irregular and the doctor has taken all the tests and even ultrasound. And after that she said it's the beginning  of Menopause . But now from the last four months I have had no  periods and in the last month only spotting was there for five days. And now I am feeling hot flashes, headache, and some rashes also. I just want to know how to tackle this problem. Because it's very painful.
