Fallopian tubes receiving opp side egg
Is it true or a myth that if one side fallopian tube is blocked, the opposite side tube can come closer and receive egg like right side tube receiving egg from left tube or vice versa? Is it anatomically possible or is it a myth?

It is not a myth  it is a truth This is called transparentoneal migration of the egg The tubes are not fixed in your body they are moving like hands of an octopus and any tube  can catch the egg from the same side or the contralateral side
