Hello, Blocked fallopian tubes may occur due to varuios factors. Are you planning to conceive? If yes then I would suggest that you visit an infertility specialist before it is too late and get yourself and your partner evaluated for infertility. It can be due to tuberculosis.  I doubt if ayurvedic meds can help it.but  for b/l tubal block,  we usually advice IVF, or tubal reconstruction surgery,  depending on patient case.
