Encysted free peritoneal spill of contrast on left side (fimbral adhesion?means...in hsg test...does it need surgery or I can conceive through right fallopian tube...which ..has free peritoneal spill of contrast...which is totally fine ...should I try with this or go fir surgery for left one...pls answer
