Spillage seen at both fallopian ends of tube.. So no block and both tubes are patent

Rt tube is definitely patent but I can't be so sure about the left tube. Peritoneal spill is seen but it may have come tranperitoneal from the right side. But you should be happy. One patent tube is good enough for pregnancy.

Your both tubes seem to be open with spillages in both side. uterine cavity shows probably arcuate type of uterus.
