Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi I recently got to know about a 3.5 cm clear cyst in my left ovary while undergoing fertility treatments for the past two years. My doctor recommended ovulation induction, but I'm concerned about how the cyst might impact the treatment and my ovary. Can you provide more information?

I have continuous spotting and little flow in between periods, I have PCOS but wa suggested for pap smear could nt do that because of spotting and flows all the time. DnC was suggested to get the tissue and send for biopsy...does DnC require stitches and can that be done when on days with less flow of periods or spotting?

What are medicines I can take to induce periods? I haven't got them since September 19. I had used contraception and I am have used test kits twice. Both results were negative.

Is Azikem 500 safe during breastfeeding as my baby is 2 and half months old and I'm facing cough and cold

My menstruation cycle is of 24 days. Today is day 8. I had done first LH kit test on day 6 & at that time I found a light C line. Today again I repeated the LH test on day 8. But today I did not find any C line. What does that mean? For 24 days cycle is this the expected test result for day 8 ? When I can expect strong C line in 24 days cycle?

I am 29 years old and have decided for myomectomy in February as the fibroids have become quite large and I am infertile since last 2 years. But research shows myomectomy is a difficult procedure and one of the most painful surgery in the history of medical world. Is that true? Is myomectomy life threatening? Is it really very painful?

10 yr old daughter is having breast bud development only on one side whereas otherside bud (right side) is flat. Pls tell if this is normal or we need to do some tests. Will her breast be unequal size in future? Pls help

I had normal delivery at 36 weeks i.e 5th nov due to water break given induced pain to deliver.bleeding stoped at 25 th nov s,then spoting seen at 5th dec then its stoped.again bleeding is started on 21 dec I.e week 6 first its was spotting next day mornings started  bright red bleeding I don't have camping or any other periods symptoms.is there any concern regarding this?

I did the pap Smear for post coital bleeding. The  report showing everything normal. But accompanying cells showing Inflammatory cells (+). I want know the reason. Attaching my report. Kindly help doctor.
