I have pcos (female-31) I've been taking spiro for it. It was very effective. I stopped my medication last month and the symptoms are back. Acne, irregular period, too much sebum and cramps. I need a prescription for Spironolactone again. How to procure?

Hii...I am 18 f today I diagnosed with pcod I know I have it but the problem is ultrasonagraphy said my endometrium thickness is 13.5mm I am on BCP my gynea told me that is normal...nothing to worry about...but I am worried bcz Google say this might be cancer or precancer... Please guide me... I can't focus on my study...is this so serious ??
