Every month there is a spotting  on first day then there is no symptoms of bleeding till 3rd day. Then the actual flow starts on 3rd day of periods. When I went for scan it results as thickened endometrium. Is this worried.

Hello, I have delivered a baby in sept 2023 through ivf as I had adenomyosis. While c-section doctor advised to plan a 2nd baby soon, with 1 or 1&1/2 year seeing endometriosis/adenomyosis. Can we go for egg retrieval now without periods as my baby is on exclusive breastfeeding. Will egg retrieval process will have an impact on milk supply or we have to stop breastfeeding at that time or it's early to think of egg retrieval process. Thanks
