I am trying to conceive, I have regular menstrual cycle of 30-34 days  . What shall I do to convince naturally, any pre natal vitamins shall I take? Today is 1st day of my period , when shall I try ? What are do's and don'ts I should follow?

I am  married, 24 years old. I was under medication for thyroid for last 2 years. And since now my thyroid level is under control ,  my doctor adviced not to take any more thyroid medicine. And i have got irregular periods on a span of 60 days. We were planning for a baby since last two months. And we tried to spot on our ovulation dates through ovalution kit and we we were planning on those dates. And soon after 2 days i got my periods. Not sure if the kit is wrong or not sure if i do have any problem nor with my husband. Kindly please advice.

I had my embryo transfer (2) on 12th dec 2023. This was my first ivf . Further confirmatory tests are due on 26th dec. i am not experiencing any symptoms related to implantation like bleeding or dizziness or nausea. I am just under rest and medication including injectables as suggested by the dr . Can someone please suggest anything regarding this ? Please help

Hi Doc, I was have my periods regularly for almost 1 year but recently in month of Oct had to visit temples so took tablets to delay periods and got my periods late oct but only for 3 days. And now it's been 2 month I haven't had my periods l. Could you prescribed me some medicine. Thanks

I and my husband stays at different locations due to work commitments unable to take leave for all fertile days to conceive. I am 31 years old and my husband is 37 years old. I am getting disappointed every month even after usage of pre biotics folic acid supplements and progesterone supplements I am unable to conceive since 6 months. Pls suggest if IUI will be beneficial for us as meeting often is not possible due to work

I have cytisis and doing medication but also have pcod and taken femilon but I got some problems like nausea hypertension anxiety and always tired in morning and diziness so can I leave the femilon tablet taken. please suggest
