What will be the next step after taking siphene, 15th day, in a 24 day cycle..should I go for usg to check egg rupture or take Inj hucog 5000IU directly in a hospital? How to increase the chances of conceiving?

Doc gave medicine of infextion and asked to repeat test after ultrasound 1 month.
