NIPT and double marker test
Hi doc,
My double marker test in 13 weeks had high risk of Down syndrome 1:145 and PE was 1:50.
Nipt test report is attached. NT scan was normal. Please check my NIPT report and me know the results. Also i am not sure how PE ratio can be cured.

Breast feeding issue
I have stopped breast feeding for past two days as my baby is 18 months old. My breasts are hardened completely and it pains a lot. I am unable to move my arms properly and it hurts a lot when i don't wear a Bra however no milk discharge yet.

I had anamoly scan at 20 weeks singles deepest pocket is 5.7. Is it more for 20 weeks gestational? Does it turn into polyhydroamnios in future?
