After government issuing alert for meftal spas is it still safe to consume it for period pain and if not then what can be consumed for period pain?

I'm doing a down regulation protocol. After ocp and zoladex inj doctor suggested me to inform periods date now I'm entered next cycle today is my third day but doctor told me to come on day six of cycle. I've heard that injections started on day 2-3 of cycle so why they suggest me day 6.

I have epithelial cells ranging from 8-10 in my urine and some ketones as well. I believe I have UTI as there is thick white discharge as well. Can you please advise if i might have kidney stones or any other condition. I have been experiencing abdominal pain as well along with gastric issues. There was slight blood in my urine as well a week ago. Now its only thick white discharge and some itching.

It has been 35 days I don't get my periods till now. As usual I get my periods in 28- 30 days. It had been done also in last that didn't get my periods 35- 40 days.
