Hello doctor, It is 4 months post my c section. my incision is healed well. But my abdomen is still very tender when touched. When I press abdomen muscles above incision, it still pains. Is this normal. Kindly help Thanks

I have a 7 month old baby, and yesterday looked like I started my periods, but could not even fill half a pad, today is the second day and I am just spotting, i am cramping like periods but there is no normal bleeding, I wanted to know if this is a normal period?
