Pregnancy and Infertility

I have a 7 month old baby, and yesterday looked like I started my periods, but could not even fill half a pad, today is the second day and I am just spotting, i am cramping like periods but there is no normal bleeding, I wanted to know if this is a normal period? What should I do if I don't bleed like normal? Is it spotting or period. I also don't have breast milk since 4 days, is it because of no feeding? Please help me in clarifying this.

My LMP is on 18th October. On 28th November, I got a scan done and gestational sac - 0.5cm was seen with no yolk sac and fetal pole with gestational age of 5 weeks. Yesterday I got a scan again and Still no fetal pole, no yolk sac found. Gestational sac size is 0.65cm. Is it normal?
