Pregnancy and Infertility

In my wife's TAS+TVS usg, it was found that "Increased Myometrial Vascular Flow". Is it major concern for conception? But it was also found that "Myometrium appears smooth & homogeneous without any detectable/sizeable focal lesion".

What test is performed to check if both the fallopian tubes are opened or not? When this test is done in menstruation cycle? Does it need to be done on any specific day or can be done on any day? What is the approximate cost of this test? Please advise on this.

I am getting period early in 24 days last 5 months. I am trying to conceive. Will it affect conceive? What is the reason of early period of 24 days?

I had one abortion 6 months back. Before abortion, my period length was around 28 to 29 days. But post abortion, now the length of period has been changed to 24 to 25 days. Post abortion, I have done scan and there were no RPOC. Is change in period length to 24 to 25 days suddenly a problem? And why it changed after abortion only? This is happening since last 5 period.
