8 th day of medical Abortion, bleeding spotting stopped. Brown discharge with mucous and tinged. Is it common or worrisome.,?

Some years back I had gained weight and causes less periods flow from like 55 -72 kg due to hyperprolactinemia which is now treated but I lost weight to 65 kgs which is normal to my bmi but my periods flow is still less. 1 pad for day 1  .1 pad for day 2..  1 pad for day 3. Other than that my hormonal profile is fine and normal ultrasound report.. what's may be causing the light flow. It made me so anxious.. I am scared about asherman's syndrome I have read in Google.. but never had any uterine surgery

Hi Dr. I am 23 years old. I am generally having a regular cycle of 30 31 days. In Feb 2023 my periods were 13 days late and in sonography it found a simple cyst but I haven't taken any medicine for the cyst and for periods at that time  but from March onwards my periods were regular on time. So, From last month I am taking vitamin D supplement once a week and alternate day vitamin B12. So this month My periods are delayed by 3 days. What could be the reason ?

I have 1 and half year old baby girl , I am lactating mother ,my baby used to take milking mostly in night. but now I  am 2 month pragnent and some one sujjest me to stop milking because of my praganency. saying goes that it is harmful for my 1 and half year old baby to milking from mother because of my pragengancy . plz guide me ...whether is is true or myth. My menstrual cycle seems irregular as I experience periods within 15 days of the last one, and at times, there are missed cycles. Hello, I am 36 and recently had my egg retrival. This the first time I am having IVF. My embryos on day 3 were sent for blastocyst. Today is day 6, but I have not received any news from the hospital. Hello , I'm today is my 3rd day of period I'm suffering from sharp lower pelvic pain and sharp lower back pain with heavy menstrual flow and big clots bigger than 10rs coin ( I got my periods 2months gap) my weight is 79 kg and Diagnosed with Pcos 3-4 yrs ago ( I'm not using any hormones pill ) pls suggest any medicine to stop pain and heavy bleeding
