My periods have always been regular but last to last month i started drinking Safi syrup to cure acne and pimples. However, I'm not getting my periods since then. What do I do, help me out please?

I am undergoing IVF treatment, it was planned to retrieve eggs first then laparoscopy for Hydrosalpinx tube ligation and then transfer. I need to know after how many days periods will come after egg retrieval & time for ovaries to go back to normal. Can I get my laparoscopy done in next cycle after egg retrieval I.e egg retrieval in December and laparoscopy in Jan.
