I hope you are well.. actually I got my periods last night and I am getting my periods since last 4 years.. and I never felt that high level of pain.. but last night after I fell asleep.. I got really intolerable cramps, like I woke up from my sleep.. and it was so difficult to sleep again.. now also I am feeling the same level of pain.. please please tell me if it's normal or I should go for a medicine.. and suggest me what should I eat over these days... thankyou

I usually ovulate around cycle day 20 . I test using ovulation test strips . But this cycle I haven't ovulated yet and I am cycle day 19 already . Does ovulating after cycle day 20 cause issues in conceiving ? We are trying for a baby . Please explain .

I had one abortion 5 months back due to some issues. At that time it was unplanned conceive. Now, after 5 months, we are trying to conceive and doing our best to make relationship in fertile days. Hi doctor, My NT scan was normal but double marker has detected high risk of Down syndrome 1:140 and PE 1:50. Attached both reports. I have given my sample for NIPT test but i am so worried. It shows a normal endometrial cavitary outline. No obvious filling defect is noted. Both the fallopian tubes are partially visualised. No definite free spill is seen on either side. IMPRESSION *Findings suggest possibility of bilateral distal tubal block.

Hello, I have noticed delay in periods in last few times. Last month it got delayed by 2 days, and this time by 7 days. Also, the flow is less, it is dark and dry. Please confirm what could be the reason for this ? I am planning to have second child, so want to know about the medicine/ routine to correct the period delays. Few prior medication include below - (image attached) - I have lost 4-5Kg during March-May months. - Was identified low in Vit-D, vit-B and Calcium as per medical report, so have taken supplements for these during July-Sept. - Have reduced my thyroid doses and finally stop it after it came to normal range by following proper diet and routine. - Triglycerides was on higher side in last few months.  -  I am still facing lot of hair fall and thinning of hair.  Please suggest.
