Egg preserve and endometriosis
Recently I have undergone laproscopy last 2mnths back.dctr said that mild endometriosis spots on outside uterus present and I have burned that during surgery.we went to consultation on next period after surgery.dctr said that there is a ovarian cyst of 2cm.we have waited for that month and we have not used any pills.on next period i.e., yesterday the cyst size increased to 4cm. And eggs in the other ovary are number 3. till the end of last month I have 6 eggs in each ovary.why it suddenly decreases egg count.what may be the reason.and is this an indication of endometriosis started growing or not.if not how much minimum time takes  for endometriosis growth after laproscopy surgery.

Decline in ovarian reserve is a part of the endometriosis disease process. Simple laparoscopy cannot eradicate the entire disease as microscopic deposits will still remain. If you wish to have babies it would be prudent to plan right away or atleast freeze eggs/embryos at the earliest.
Next Steps
Consult fertility specialist.
