Laparoscopy for endometriosis cyst
We married 3 years ago and not conceived, so we undergone follicular study for 3 months and identied an endometriosis cyst 1.58cm in left ovary. Regular periods, uterus and egg growth and rupture is normal. Husband semen analysis is normal. Is laproscopy really needed? Please advice next level of treatment. Thanks

Are the tubes patent…. If u have tried with ovulation induction too and not conceiving… then laparoscopy is necessary
