Can gulping 1 litre of water all at once at each time at 3 times a day (morning-afternoon-evening) on the day before providing morning sample for Urine ACR cause false results ? Duration between the last drink to the time of collecting the sample is 12 hrs

I have type 2 Dm and HTN from last 3 months protien is going in urine, i consulted nephrologist he adviced 24 hours urine protien its result came 938 and my upcr 0.87.Doctor advice renal biopsy and he said the biopsy report was normal, he gave me only udapa 10 tablet, now i am feeling weekness and foamy urine. What is the cause that protien leak  in Urine..please advice me sir what to do

Does considering urine volume in calculation of 24 hrs urinary protein overcome errors due to diluted urine ?

I frequently have swelling or puffiness in eyes only ,when I take citrezine tablet it get back to to normal. Still for the safer side I took kft today Creatinine is 0.8 EGFR is 123.. Normal range is up to 100 to 110 PFA for the reports Should I worry about this ? Please answer 🙏🙏🙏

My name is hari iam 31 years old. I have diaganosed with stomach ulcer and i had already take pantoprazole tablet for 2 weeks with antibiotics and after 14 days doctor prescribed esomeprazole domperidone medicine for 15 days and its over. Now doctor prescribed esomeprazole domperidone morning and noon and in night famotidine also for 1 month now the recamendation for the course of medicine was about 2 months. Is there any kidney problem may happen while taking the medicine for 2 months

I have done a USG and it came that I have got a kidney stone which is tiny and forming now, and the size is approx 4 mm. My doctor who is a GP, asked me to take Cystone 2 tabs/day and Renalka syrup. I found these are ayurvedic medicines by Himalaya, so I am curious whether these will be effective. Kindly advice.

My left kidney is 6.9 cm and right kidney 10.9cm. Acr- 1.1 mg/g, creatinine 1 mg/dl. No bp, all other blood test are normal. 6 years ago one doctor said my case is congenital. As per USG, corticomedullary difference in left kidney is accentuated and in right kidney all normal. I am very afraid. What to do? Can it affect right kidney??
