I have always mild burning in urethra or penis what is reason for same Recurrent uti can be due to masturbation with dirty hands Masturbation frequency is high it can lead to urethra burning

For the last six months, I have been noticing foamy urine and recently my UACR was 1970 with egfr of 98, creatinine of 0.90 and urea of 23. Can you please suggest?

Hello team My father 71 years. Have diabetes last 20;years now issue is serum bun and creatine is slightly high si suggest me what to do ( S.Bun is in report 23.                       and Normal rang is 20) Creatine is in report 49.2.      and. Normal range. 48.5

Hi Sir My brother was having high BP for last 1yr but somehow it was ignored. Per aug 2024 lab tests his creatinine 0.96 egfr 112, total colestral 228. Traces of protien in urine and no RBC in urine. Also BP was hovering 110-120/150-170 In Nov 2024 he was admitted due to dengue and per use report cmd loss was detected but no treatment pursued. We recently contacted a nephrologist in hometown and he diagnosed as CKD & AKI. Current report egfr 63, creatinine 1.52 and a week back1.9 before start of medicines. Protien Traces in urine and also RBC 46 in urine. ESR is 18. Please advise what should we do. Echo doctor says is normal, with mild concentric lvh present.

This is my KUB USG report of June 2nd. The stone was 0.489 cm. It's not coming out. I was having 3 lits of water. From yesterday My lower and side portion of back is aching mildly. Bt if I poking the area I can feel the sharp pain..the left portion started aching a Long time back. Since 3 months. Is my kidney damaged ?
