I'm diabetic since 6 years & hypertensive since 2 years.Diabetes remains under control but bp sometimes get uncontrolled My serum creatinine level on 11th May was 0.9 mg/dl & on 21st September it came 1.1 mg/dl. (Lab normal : 0.72-1.25).Had low protein diet & adequate hydration the day before test However,blood urea & serum potassium came normal at every time Urine ACR done on 1st August was also normal USG (KUB+PVRU) done on 4th April was also normal Took Chlordiazepoxide (Librium) 25 mg twice a day for 1 month which was stopped 1 week before the test Took a bottle of beer daily for 20 days which was stopped 4 days before the test What might be the cause of such significant rise ?

Attached urine routine report. Three years ago I had a urinary bacterial  infection treated with multiple antibiotics. Since then, my Urine routine  tests are normal, but I occasionally notice yellow urine and  burning. What could be causing this, and are there any specific tests I should consider?

Hello Doctor,  I get pain near my scrotum/testicle, like a needle prick, which comes and goes. I already have hydrocele, but I read that hydrocele usually doesn’t cause pain. So I am unsure whether this pain is from something else. Should I go for a routine ultrasound or a color Doppler ultrasound? I have attached my previous report for reference.

I'm diabetic since 6 years,hypertensive since 3 years No kidney disease,problems or complications related to kidneys as such.All routine renal test reports including usg done 6 months ago are all normal Doctor advised to do some routine renal function tests after every 6 months such as serum creatinine,blood urea,potassium & urine acr I have been taking 1 bottle of beer daily since the last 1 month on a regular basis After how many days of completely discontinuing the consumption of beer should I go for the routine renal function testings of serum creatinine,blood urea,potassium & urine acr as 6 months from the last routine test are already over ? Kindly advise...

I have done some test like LFT,KFT and Urine RE Here , Seram creatinine: 0.7mg/dl [ 0.7-1.2] Serum urea : 25 mg/dl [10-40] SGPT[ALT] : 45 U/L <40 SGOT[ AST] : 46bU/L <40 Others liver parameters are normal... Only in urine routine examinations albumin comes trace ... previously back in 2024 i also did Urine Albumin creatinine ratio nd it came as normal ... I also did usg kub on jan 2025 nd everything was normal in that report. Please give suggestions is something wrong?

Do I need color sonography or normal sonography?  Hello Doctor,  I am experiencing pain near my scrotum/testicle area. I am confused whether I should go for a normal sonography or a color Doppler sonography. I have also attached an older report for reference. Could you please guide me which one is usually recommended in such cases?  Thank you.
