Creatine 2.2 .creatine level increasing.6 months before 1.33 .now creatine 2.2.what I do.any medicine?

My Urine ACR on 04/04/2025 was 2.84 mg/g creat (lab normal <30 mg/g creat) But on 18/05/2025 it came 5.77 mg/g creat There is a spike of 2.93 mg/g creat in 1 month 14 days No protein intake with adequate hydration of 3 Lts of water before 24 hrs of the test Previously,Urine ACR came 4.7 mg/g creat on 03/03/2024 & 2.51 mg/g creat on 08/03/2024 However,recent Serum Creatinine is 0.9 mg/dl,eGFR is 110.02 (CKD-EPI),Blood Urea is 24.3 mg/dl,Potassium is 4.4 mmol/l & USG of KUB is normal BP (150/100)  is temporarily high since the last 2 months.Also have mental stress Is the spike in Urine ACR level worrisome ? Can it be temporary ? What might be the cause of such spike ?

Last year creatinine was 1.3 (upper boarder value). But no protein leakage from urine. Then I have restricted diet. Recently right renal multiple stones are diagnosed with size 3mm. Then last one month onwards I have been taking vegetarian diet and low salt, Citralka liquid with urimax tablet. Yesterday I have tested my blood and urine. Serum creatinine is 1.5, urea normal, urine microalbumin is 10, serum calcium is 10.5(high), D-vitamin is 52, B12 is 160(low), serum PTH is 42. My doubt is since I am in vegetarian diet then also why my creatinine is high not reducing? Next why calcium is high? Please help me in this regard

I am 31 years old male, since childhood functional dyspepsia/ bowel disease, can't eat many food , have to follow low FODMAP diet. But due to some important work I had to eat outside food once, then severe diarrhoea and vomiting and then urine production less than 50 ml/ day. Creatinine 8.31 and urea 156, inspite of admitting hospital within 6 hours .Then after admission For 3 days no increase of urine output so 4 times hemodialysis is given and after 21 days creatinine became 0.79 and urea 17.8 . Urine output 1.5 Litre / day. Now my question is ,now my kidney condition is as before getting renal failure??? Or some damaged is there??

Creatinine is 1.5, PTH is 46, serum calcium is 10.5, vitamin D is 52, microalbumin in urine is 10, urea normal. Last one month onwards I am in vegetarian diet and low salt diet. 3-4lts water per day. Previously creatinine max was 1.3 but now 1.5. I have right renal 3 calculi of size 3mm. Last 20 days onwards taking potassium citrate and magnesium citrate liquid with uromax tab. But Why my creatinine is high?

Hi everyone, I’ve been advised to undergo CT Urography both with and without contrast, but I’m concerned about radiation exposure. Since I mostly suspect it’s kidney stones, I’m wondering if there’s a way to reduce the radiation. Would it be possible to first have the non-contrast CT done, then consult with my doctor the following day? If needed, I could then proceed with the contrast CT after the consultation. Alternatively, would it be better to have both scans (with and without contrast) done at the same time?
