Recently I did ultrasound abdominal pelvic scaning in report splenomegaly 11.7cm, significant post void residue 147cc, fatty liver grade 1 Blood test rft Blood urea 12 low Bun urease 5.61 low Uric acid 7.4 slightly high Triglycerides 171 Hdl cholesterol 30 ESR 13 slightly high HBA1C 5.8 slightly high Please suggest me My problem dry mouth dehydration frequently urination feeling heavy stomach

I am 31 years old male , only 42 kgs weight and having functional dyspepsia, Irritable bowel syndrome, GERD problem since childhood and for this very restricted diet. So, all the day severe weakness prevailing that is why I take Becofix ( Vitamin b complex syrup) syrup for one month and then one month gap and I am taking it for the last 20 years. But 4 monts ago I got acute renal failure due to severe diarrhea and vomiting and 4 time hemodialysis was given then 3 months ago creatinine 0.79 and now 1 month ago creatinine O. 87 , urea 17, uACR 3.79. eGFR 95 ( CKD- EPI 2021) and all other blood test normal except HB 12.6. Now, my question is may I continue Becofix syrup as I was taking before Acute renal failure.??? ( Becofix syrup reduces weakness a little)

The patient complains of swelling of ankle, feet and knee joints along with burning sensation in the ankle joint since 2 months. The swelling is spontaneous and occurs while sitting or walking too. There is parasthesia of the leg below the knee at night sometimes. From sole of the feet to the back of the knee, sometimes there's sprain. So my concern is which specialist to refer?

These are the reports for my brother, he is fit and fine. He run jog and have a good BMI, however he just got his random checkup done. He got these abnormalities.. Can someone tell me if this is cholesterol a cause of creatinine increase or creatinine increase is due to kidney function

Is creatine concerning here? Can u tell what could be the issue? He is fit and fine but these reports i can't understand

Sir. My microalbumin level is 29.6 in random spot urine sample. Urine routine; pus cell - 1-2 HPF RBC- 0-1 HPF Epithelial cells : 1-2 HPF Crystal: 8-10 HPF/ Calcium Oxalate Others: Nil Please guide whether everything ok. Or microalbumin levels are worrisome. Regards

My urine albumin is 3.45 mg/L & urine creatinine is 86.75 mg/DL. My question is  my urine albumin 3.45 mg /L means 0.345mg /DL. So trace amount is possible? & is  urine albumin generally measured per liter in lab?

Since last 4 months foamy urine I had kidney stones before which has been taken out few months back still foamy urine ,blood sugar normal ,bp also normal , but I did all test I am attaching the report please check according to me the protein test was normal please kindly check it from your end aswell I have no symptoms only foamy urine but I have fatty liver grade 2
