High beta 2 microglobulin (B2M)
I have been on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) for the past 3.3 years, initially using an F6 dialyzer with a frequency of 3 sessions per week. Recently, my doctor advised testing for Beta-2 Microglobulin (B2M), and the results showed levels exceeding 50,000. As a result, HDF dialysis thrice a week has been prescribed.
My concern is: how many HDF sessions would typically be required to bring B2M levels down to a normal or borderline range? Since long-term HDF is not financially sustainable for me, would continuing with high-flux HD using an FX8 dialyzer help reduce B2M levels over time?

High BP during Dialysis
I undergo hemodiafiltration dialysis, and my blood pressure rises up to 180/140, whereas other patients experience a drop in BP. Why does this happen?
I even take my BP medicines — Amtas 10mg and Arkamin — before dialysis, and my BP stays around 130/80 before the session. But as soon as dialysis starts, it shoots up to 180/110, and I get a very severe headache. I'm worried because earlier CKD stage 4 had problem in my Retinal haemorrhage due to high Bp.

Spike In Serum Creatinine Level
I'm diabetic since 6 years.HbA1c remains between 6% - 7%,hypertensive since 2 years with bp remaining around 130/80 or 140/80.Have grade 2 fatty liver disease. No problems or symptoms of kidney disease as such
Serum creatinine used to remain 1.0 mg/dl.Tested after 13 months from the same lab & it came 1.2 mg/dl (ref range : 0.72 - 1.25).There has been a spike of 0.2 mg/dl.Reports of blood urea, potassium, urine culture, urine r/e,urine acr & usg (kub + pvru) are normal.Other test reports & parameters are also normal
Re-tested from 2 different labs on the next day.On one it came 1.10 mg/dl (ref range : 0.6 - 1.30) & on another it came 1.18 mg/dl (ref range : upto 1.4).
Is the spike of 0.2 mg/dl of serum creatinine after 13 months normal ?
Am I having any kidney disease ?

What will it cost in a private clinic?
Attached prescription
I am 28 male
I had recurring urine infection. My symptoms are yellow urine and burning sensation. I took many antibiotic courses, but now my urine culture shows no bacteria, still I have same symptoms.
I go to a government hospital. The urologist tried many medicines, but nothing helped. Now doctor advised cystoscopy and biopsy, and they will send the tissue to lab for more testing.
I want to do the cystoscopy and biopsy in a private clinic, but I want to send the tissue sample to the government hospital lab for testing (because it may be cheaper).
Is this possible?
If possible
Also, can anyone tell me the approximate cost of cystoscopy and biopsy in a private clinic
