Pain in right kidney right after she stood after peeing. Pain intenses if she moves. Before the same was happening on the left side now on the right side it happened.

Last month I have checked urine microalbumin was around 10. Today it is showing around 175. I am on vegetarian diet last 1.5months. Creatinine 1.1 now. Last month protein to creatinine ratio was 0.2. And last month no protein leak in urine. I have 2mm few renal calculi. Now I have some infected anal fistula. Will it cause microalbumin to increase? Another doubt currently is there any protein leak in urine? Because upto last month no protein leak in urine. Microalbumin means protein?

My Urine ACR on 4/4/2025 was 2.84 mg/g On 18/5/2025 it was 5.77 mg/g On 23/06/2025 it came 14.69 mg/g Serum creatinine,blood urea,potassium & usg were all normal on 4/4/2025 BP is 140/90,HbA1c is 6 What might be the cause of such gradual rising trend of Urine ACR level ? Need to know whether it is fully reversible at this stage or not...
