My relative is under going dylysys twice a week. Currently she has fever, cough with phelgm having blood, shortness of breath, spo,2 around 85 %•  no solid food intake. At present she in remote location where dylysys is done  and nepro   or good chest doctor not availavle . Kindly suggest what to do ?

I am currently breastfeeding my 8 month old baby.before pregnancy my creatinine used to 0.68 to 0.78...as I am breastfeeding I am not good with hydration part I did some blood tests,creatinine level came back as 0.95..reference range was til 1.1..urine analysis is negative for everything..I also have white coat syndrome and health anxiety .my bp in home 110/70 range..can breastfeeding impact creatinine..I know the current value is normal but I am spiralling why it got increased from baseline.

I am a lupus patient, lupus overlap symptoms with mixed connective tissue disorder since 19 years. No organ involvement. Only skin urticaria once a while. Taking hydroxy chloroquine once daily. All my reports are normal No Protein in urine Creatine normal Esr ,crp , C3, C4, cbc, normal. This time rheumatologist gave a urine pc ratio. So urine pc ratio is  .24 In that protein is Norma, 2 .4 But urine creatinine is low, only 10. Is it something to worry? I will be consulting rheumatologist soon. But hoping for some suggestions

My father has done bypass surgery in 2019, and later I'm May 2020 diagnosed with heart failure , till August 2025 he had creatnine level 2.04 , in 2025 december he had some breathing difficulties we went hospital and they said fluid overload and treated with lasix effusion , creatnine increased to 2.65 and in February 2026 we came for review which showed mild plueral effusion , and treated with lasix and zytanix 2.5 alternative days , his creatnine is now 2.83 . Will creatnine reduce? What should I do to maintain creatnine below 2.3 to 2.5 ? Please help with suggestions

Hi my father is 78 years old and having ckd and bp from 6+ years and on medication .his creat stays in between 4 to 5 and electrolytes and urine output is fine. 2 +  year ago he had sizzure like instance but after stopping sizure medicine due to side effects no issue till now. But last night suddenly he again started same sizzure like issue and vomiting.he is stable now but creat is raised i.e 9 and urine output is fine. So what is reason for the same and what will be next course of action? Please guide if urgent dialysis needed or vomiting and sizzure can be treated first and then creat raised.

I FEEL LIKE FEVER AND BURNING SENSATION IN MY BODY 24X7 FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS, ALSO I FEEL LIKE I AM THIRSTY ALL THE TIME AND ALSO DRY MOUTH EVEN AFTER DRINKING MIN 2LTR OF WATER EVERYDAY, PLZ TELL ME WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME PLZ CHECK THE ATTACHED REPORTS CAN ANY INFECTION OR MEDICINE TEMPORARILY INCREASE BLOOD SUGAR ? AS MY BLOOD SUGAR FASTING IS 90-100 AND PP IS 100-119 DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IT? AND WHY HAS THIS INCREASE IN BLOOD SUGAR HAS HAPPENED?

Please advice and prescriptions for low gfr. What needs to be taken care of good health. What are the precautions I need to take.

Mera serum creatnine 0.87 hai.. HsCRP 1.6 hai Serum cystinine c ka report 8.12.25 ko 0.78 tha fir recheck karwane par dubara bhi 0.78 aaya Fir 10 din baad 0.89 aa gya mai ghabraya gya aur ek sath 3 sample alag alag nam se diya fir bhi report 0.87,0.86 aur 0.89 aaya Urine test me albumin 6.22 mg/l, creatnine 87.30 md/ dl aaya hai... Kya cystatin c ka 0.1 ka badhna normal hai ya koi problem hai Sugar HB1ac 5.3 aur BP 125/80 hai

My BUN 5.6, Urea serum 11.1, Creatinine 1, Cystatin C .97, UACR 18 mg/g UPCR 16 mg/mg. But 24 urine protein Is 399mg/24h in 3.4 litter of urine.One month ago it was 409mg/24h.So my GP asked me to repeat the test after one month.What is the reason for this protien in urine??I don't have diabetes and my BP is around 125/85. USG and other blood test are also within normal limits.Is it something serious??pls help🙏🙏
