I am a 42-year-old male, 5'11" and 80kg, with a single kidney by birth. I am healthy, with no history of diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. I currently work out regularly and consume 70-80g of protein daily. Considering my single kidney, would it be safe for me to take a minimum dose of creatine monohydrate to support muscle building and workout performance?

Hi, I am having a creatinine level of 5.93 but my BP is under control with 130/80 and I am on a no salt diet. I had a creatinine of 4.6 last week and then when I went on a complete no salt diet and bp medications, it rose up to 5.93. I am unable to understand why my Creatinine is increasing even with all medications and precautions. Does a high BP medicine cause a temporary increase in creatinine Thank you

Hi... I have diagnosed with proteinuria and using TAC 1mg per day and steroid 5mg per day. KFT is normal and 24 hours urine protein is 169mg per day. I am feeling anxious and stress with my daily activities and getting pain at shoulder. I have used gabapin for few days. but didn't get results. I have used Eliwel 25 mg and the next day. I am feeling better. Is it safe to use Eliwel 25mg ?

My mother had a thyroid gland removal surgery 20 years back and the uterus was removed 3 years back due to fibroid and 1.5 years before kidney stones removed. The blood urea - 45.6 Creatinine - 1.69 Calcium -7.6 Triglycerides - 229 EGFR - 33.6 b.p- 140/90( elevates high sometimes) She is taking tablets like thyronom-100 mg, Stamelo 2.5mg,laretol,sobasis forte ,atorva 10 mg. Is that EGFR is an warning,will that kidney damage reversible. How long it will take to reverse damage or will that damage be stopped further, What are the foods,fruits ,juices,diet and exercise needs to be followed.Will that EGFR cause any life threatening issue.
