Hi Doctor, I am writing this query on behalf of my mother who recently found out to as type 2 diabetic. Currently her medication is under progress from an endocrinologist. She has a history of clinical Dipression 15-20 years ago. She has been taking below two medicines prescribed by her doctor on daily basis till this date. Not consulted her psychiatrist for more than a decade now. Without these tablets she can't sleep and she get headache without them. ELPRAM C 5mg TOLAZ D T 10mg Right now she is also consuming below medicines for controlling her diabetes as prescribed by endocrinologist. Tablet Gemer V2 Arachitol Nano Bottle 60K IU Vitamin D3 Oral Solution (5ml each) Crestor 10mg Tablet Any concerning factor lies here on Kidney taking these medicines on long run?

Having persistent foamy urine since June 2025 Recent & previous serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium levels are all normal.USG (KUB) done on April & 24 hrs urine protein done on July are all normal Urine ACR & all it's other parameters came normal on june,july & august This time Microalbumin came 2.30 mg/dl (ref range 0-1.7),Urinary Creatinine came 142.10 mg/dl (ref range 22-328) & ACR came 16.19 Microalbumin level has crossed the upper normal limit of the reference range There has been a significant rise in Microalbumin & ACR levels in comparision to the previous reports Had adequate hydration (2.7 ltrs) & no protein diet the day before What might be the reason of such abnormal elevation of Microalbumin ?

Past 3 months ago. I had 1 tab of combiflem, and after 4 hours i got hematuria I quickly got rehydrated and after one day my urine got cleared.. and noe i have clear urine Does this 1 tablet affect kidneys this is the question doc sahab

I had KFT and urine test 2 months back. KFT was normal, creatnine was .90 and albumin was 3.5 but plus 3 protein detected. I recently had KFT, Urine, usg and echo test to evaluate further. Urine routine- 1 plus protein Urine Microalbumin- 1238 mg per 24 hr Urine Creatnine - 822 per 24 hr Spot urine microalbumin - 30 mg/L Urine blood- trace Wbc - 2-4 Rbs - 0-1 Blood creatnine - .90 Blood Albumin - 3.8 I have hypertension and multiple stone but larger one is 4 mm ka in kidney hai.. Usg and echo tests are normal. What is treatment for this?

I am using Cholesterol medication Turbowas F, GLIAREN, concor 2.5 , EZEDOC 10, Since 2023 Now MY eGFR is last year was 71 now it's come down and value is 61 and H1B1c also Variable at 6.5 to 7 So Will You suggest me what to do in this case

Sir alfoo taken 11days than stop due to side effect all allopathy medicine than stop now 4 tablet where pending sp i thought will take 4days is that fine?    ,, taking alfoo twice a week for urine retention to avoid side effect is ok???

Riya 25 years old Kidney transplant done 3 months completed Feeling of heaviness and numbness around stitches right side abdomen area

I'm diabetic since 6 years & hypertensive since 2 years.Diabetes remains under control but bp sometimes get uncontrolled My serum creatinine level on 11th May was 0.9 mg/dl & on 21st September it came 1.1 mg/dl. (Lab normal : 0.72-1.25).Had low protein diet & adequate hydration the day before test However,blood urea & serum potassium came normal at every time Urine ACR done on 1st August was also normal USG (KUB+PVRU) done on 4th April was also normal Took Chlordiazepoxide (Librium) 25 mg twice a day for 1 month which was stopped 1 week before the test Took a bottle of beer daily for 20 days which was stopped 4 days before the test What might be the cause of such significant rise ?

Attached urine routine report. Three years ago I had a urinary bacterial  infection treated with multiple antibiotics. Since then, my Urine routine  tests are normal, but I occasionally notice yellow urine and  burning. What could be causing this, and are there any specific tests I should consider?

Hello Doctor,  I get pain near my scrotum/testicle, like a needle prick, which comes and goes. I already have hydrocele, but I read that hydrocele usually doesn’t cause pain. So I am unsure whether this pain is from something else. Should I go for a routine ultrasound or a color Doppler ultrasound? I have attached my previous report for reference.
