Mri contrast done, the result shows A focal enhancing cortical based lesion/thickening in the left orbital roof. Mild bilateral maxillary sinusitis. What is the problems, sir.

I got my husband checked for creatinine and results shows 1.51, is it matter of concern? What precautions must be taken, K have followed the diet as per dietician, I have completely banned non- veg foods. I am little worried. Help me out

Hello Doctors, Recently I have done my USG W/A and I found that  Tiny cortical cyst noted in left upper pole. And also the report mentioned that both kidney size and shape are normal. Please suggest what would be my precautions for this cyst. Attach my reports here. My age 28+ Height 170 cm Weight 85 kg BP: 120/78 No diabetis

Report is attached and my creatine is 0.82 and sodium is 135 and chloride is 95 and gfr is 121 please say normal or not

I have undergone the ultrasound scan for kidney and urine, blood test and report are attached check it's normal or not

My father is CKD patient with diabetes and hypertension. He takes clindipine 20ng and beta blockers 25mg per day. His diastolic pressure stay under control but systolic pressure on average above 155. When some other bp  medicines added he feels ankle and foot swelling.how to fix his systolic pressure without symptoms of edema?

I have done two tests for urine culture but one time it shows albumin+ + but one time it's showing negative , my gfr is 121 and creatine is 0.8,

My father is diabetic having type 2 diabetes and taking meds for the same apart from others like for BP, diabetic neuropathy, etc. His urine ACR was around 385 in Dec 2023 but recently when we checked it came as 1300 something. I am worried whether it is related to kidney problem. In December, we did his complete health tests including lipid, KFT, LFT, eGFR, etc and almost everything was normal. In May last year, his whole abdomen USG also showed kidneys as normal except some cystic sac which when shown to our diabetician, she said everything is normal. So what can be the reason for sudden spike in the ACR in 3 months in spite of normal sugar and BP?
