Foamy urine

I had foamy urine once in 10-15 days. No other symptoms. But my creatinine came out 1.3 in blood report. Few other urine and blood tests were told to be done. Based on all reports 1 doc said i got injury in both kidneys and gave meds but with 1 dose i had severe side effects. Hence i stopped meds and consulted another doc. He said seems like urine+kidney infection. Was given antibiotics & told to do urine culture. Urine culture came normal. Now meds are coming to a close and after 10-25 days again i got foamy urine. I'm too scared. 2 docs saw my ultrasound & said kidneys look normal. Kindly advice 🙏

Dear Doctor's! My mom has a wrist pain

I have been diagnosed with uncontrolled diabetes, with an HbA1c of 9.1% and fasting glucose of 285 mg/dL. My recent checkup showed an albumin-to-creatinine ratio of 64.45 mg/g, and I am also dealing with systemic inflammation (high CRP and ESR) and liver enzyme elevations. I am here to understand the impact of these metabolic issues on my kidney health and to develop a plan to protect my kidney function as we work to bring my diabetes under control."

Why hydronephrosis cases increasing

Why hydronephrosis cases increasing in india , and why so many pediatric doctors don't have awareness about hydronephrosis, some doctors told that is ain't a big issue , and gynecologists don't even have minimum knowledge about this . And why pyeloplasty surgery is controversial in children, and what is right age for doing pyeloplasty. Even pediatric nephrologist say it will resolve it self but when it not resolve it self ,then what will happen, ped nephrologist told that pyeloplasty surgery will recover renal function only in infants, then what about that children whose hydronephrosis is mild until 1 year ,then increases after 2 years , then that children's renal function is not recoverble , so why don't doctors do pyeloplasty in mild hydronephrosis in infants. Why we have to wait until it gets worse . same things happen with me also , so only I'm asking. now doctors blame us only for decreased renal function in my son .
