Hi I have got random blood test where my phosphorus level came at 4.55 , I want to know if it's dangerous for kidney and what has to be the future course for this , because I googled it and i got a little panicked

Male || 29 || 80Kg || Occasional Smoker || No other medication My serum creatinine levels are slowly creeping up over the last 1.5 years. Starting from 0.95 back in Jan 2025 to 1.2 as of yesterday. I lift heavy 5 times a week and take Creatine Monohydrate as well with high protein diet. No other supplementation. I don’t have any other flags in the overall test report, nor do I have any symptoms. LFT/ KFT/ CBC/ Sugar / Thyroid / PFT / ECG - all normal My doctor is asking for Cystatin-C and eGGR as the next steps to evaluate further on this. Can anyone pls suggest, is this gradual spike due to creatine supplementation or I have something serious going on. I am nervous.

I m having mild foam in urine since many months now recently i notices the foam is like flakes type or sometimes thick but it just 3-4 cm patch single or 2 patches types so is it ckd?? i m taking less water since childhood i have a history of kidney stone and recently i m facing mild burning while urinating so plz guide me should i do urine acr now or should i first increase my water intake if yes then how much and then do the test?? i m so worried bcz i m just 26 my weight is 35 kg

On 22.june  patient was having hemoglobin 4.2 ,pedal edema,urea 113 mg /dl , CREATINE 5.1mg/dl , Phosphorus 6.5mg/dl. T3 and T4 normal,TSH IS 32.4 mU/L TREATMENT GIVEN WAS 3 UNIT BT DONE, 2 UNIT FFP TRANSFUSED CONSERVATIVE Report on 1JULY 2026 Blood urea is 92 mg/dl ,Serum Creatine is 3.7 mg /dl.. HEMOGLOBIN IS 11 DIETICIAN SUGGESTED RENEAL HIGH PROTEIN DIET. Doctor pls suggest how to reduce creatinine and urea . SHOULD PATIENT GO FOR RENAL BIOPSY? WHAT ARE THE OTHER TEST SHOULD BE DONE FOR KIDNEY .IS KIDNEY CONDITION IS GOOD ? WHAT ARE THE FOODS SHOULD BE AVOIDED AND  FOODS SHOULD TAKE TO  LOWER THE CREATININE AND UREA. Pitting edema low bp 74/41 pulse 66 sweeling in entire feet blood work report of 5 days back attach. Dytor 5mg taking dailynow stopped due to low bp. Age 90 weight 62

In May month  - My Gfr was 28 , urea 57 , uric acid 5.1 , protein in urine and blood too , creatinine 1.98 In june ,after taking redder and cretlow tablet i was GFR-34 and urea 37 , creatinine 1.7, protein in urine And july with no medicine - GFR - 24 and urea 38 Uric acid 5.2 , creatinine 2.38 What to do now ? I have no high bp or sugar or any other disease , only frequent urination and blood in urine neglect not visible and , little swollen below eyes but I am normal stable since 5 years , Is biopsy is only way to diagnose now ?
