I am 35 years old, 52 kg, height 5'1". I have foamy urine for 6 months (thick, doesn't clear for ~2 min). July 2025 labs: eGFR 95, creatinine 0.9. BP 127/84 (1 month ago). Home dipstick negative for protein. No pitting edema or face swelling, but legs feel heavy/smooth, with leg pain and itching. Also increased thirst despite drinking water. History: PUJ obstruction, pyloplasty 15 years ago, no pain since. Iam attaching foam urine water taken at 12 am and urinated 7:42 and 7:44 am time stamps. Questions: 1) Could my foamy urine, leg heaviness, itching, mean kidney failure in my case? 2) Is my past PUJ surgery relevant to current symptoms? 3) I am fearing to go to the test if kidney failure is reversible for me

I'm diabetic since 7 years & hypertensive since 3 years.Both of them are under well control.Recently noticing bubbly urine which often lessens or disappears by drinking more water.Test reports of urine acr,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done 6 months ago came absolutely fine & normal.Test report of USG (kub) done 1 year ago also came fine & normal.Also,no swelling in any part of the body. Experienced the same condition a year ago but the test reports of urine acr,24 hrs urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done at that time came absolutely normal & a nephrologist confirmed that this is not due to proteinuria.Still taking telmisartan 40 mg for bp since many months.Also have stage 2 NAFLD.What might be the reason of such bubbly urine ?

I have been seeing foam in my urine. When i wake up early in the morning my undereyes are swollen. I am concerned that i have kidneys stones.

I am a 47-year-old male with chronic euvolemic hypotonic hyponatremia. One year ago, my sodium dropped to 115 mEq/L while taking Tazloc H (hydrochlorothiazide). It was stopped immediately, but my sodium has remained around 129–130 mEq/L. Latest reports: Sodium 130.1, serum osmolality 259 (low), urine osmolality 118, urine sodium 42, creatinine 0.9 (normal), thyroid normal, 8 AM cortisol 10 (normal range). Symptoms include headaches, brain fog, confusion, and fatigue. My nephrologist suspects Nexito Plus (escitalopram + clonazepam) may be contributing and prescribed fluid restriction and tolvaptan. Does this pattern suggest SIADH? Could Nexito Plus be the cause? Should it be replaced, and are any additional tests recommended? Please help.

My mom has severe breathing problem on 6 may , I went to hospital where doc told me about heart valve problem  due to which fluid is overloaded...there creatinine was 2.5  doctors gave 7 to 8 medicines of heart issue but problem is not resolved & creatinine reaches to 8...so I finally decided to bring my mom to CMC where doctors told that your mom has Chronic kidney disease 5 IGA nephropathy (biopsy)... currently she is on steroid wysolone...now she has swelling on face but creatinine is 2.94 ,my question is can ayurveda treat this disease ?, homoeopathic Please help...

Male, 34 years. I had left PUJ obstruction and underwent Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty in 2011. Since the surgery, whenever I drink water, I usually pass urine within 20–30 minutes. This pattern has remained the same for the last 14 years. My kidney tests in June 2025 were normal (creatinine 0.8 mg/dL, eGFR around 103). I have checked my urine several times with a dipstick, and it has always been negative for protein and glucose. I have no burning while urinating, no blood in urine, no flank pain, no fever, and no history of kidney stones. My blood pressure is 128/85 mmHg. However, for the past 5 months, I have noticed persistent foamy urine, which has made me very anxious about kidney failure. If I do not drink water after urinating, my urine becomes dark yellow quickly. I also have mild swelling on the top of both feet, especially in the evening I am attaching photo.I also have occasional itching that improves with Bilasure. I am fearing about ckd failure please help me.

I used to drink alcohol every third day 2-3 cane since January 2025 my creatinine was 0.82 in September 2025 in December 2025 I rechecked it raised to 0.98 and after this I took another test in march it was 0.98 at that time I had tested for UACR it was under less than 30 and and after that I checked in 24 april 2026 for creatinine it was 0.98 and uacr was under 30 in this period I used to drink beer every third July 4 was my last day when I drinked alcohol after that day I stoped drinking alcohol in 13 July 2026 I took another test of creatinine value comes 1.16 so I took cystatin c value comes 1.12 I tested for usg whole abdomen my both kidneys were normal in the report just a 2.8mm stone found in left kidney what should I do to is it normal or CKD I am 31 year old
