Question: doctor changes antibiotics often without.full.course completion if antibiotics are shuffle and not stop base on doctor change to severe condition does it leads to.resistance or not ? And that resistance would be for uti infection bacteria or whole body??

Interpretation Of UACR Reports
Tested Urine ACR from 2 different labs on 26/10/2025.Lab 1 : Microalbumin level came 3.7 mg/l,Urinary Creatinine came 60 mg/dl (lab normal 66-166) & ACR came 6.17 (lab normal <30).Here,level of Urinary Creatinine is 6 mg/dl less than the labs lower normal reference range & is abnormal.Lab 2 : Microalbumin level came 0.60 mg/dl (lab normal range 0-1.7),Urinary Creatinine came 67.50 mg/dl (lab normal 22-328) & ACR came 8.89 mg/g (normal <30).Here all the parameters seems to be within the normal range.Reports attached. The level of Urinary Creatinine from Lab 1 came abnormally low than the labs reference range. The urine samples provided to both the labs was more diluted than concentrated.Should the samples be treated as disqualified?Shall I need to repeat the tests? Also need to know whether a re-test from these lab needs to be done

High ACR diluted urine
Hi , my husband had a urine and blood test in July this year
Egfr was 93 normal , blood creatinine normal
Random urine collection -
Albumin 56 mg/l
Urine creatinine 1.7 mmol/l ( lab sugested low creatinine , may have to redo with first morning urine)
Acr was 31.8 mg/mmol which is high
We have redone tests in October
Egfr is same normal, blood creatinine normal
And
From urine results -
Sample gravity <= 1.0005 (it says dilute urine)
Protein - negative
Albumin 36 mg/l
Urine creatinine 1.3 mmol/l (same lab suggested creatinine may falsely elevate ACR. Suggest
repeat using first morning urine.)
Acr is 30 mg/mmol
Note - acr limit is <=3 mg/mmol
Heathly male, 31 yrs, no bp, no diabetes
We are confused if its dilute urine causing creatinine to be so low
And the cause of this high ACR and where it's a false alarm?
