My husband has elevated creatinine level of around 1.5. His eGFR is 74. PCI to LAD has been done. Type 2 diabetic. No signs of kidney damage. No protein in urine and no swelling. Does he have CKD?

Hi 2 days iam dehydrated. In the evening when i pee it got yellow color. Still feel pain in the legs.my creatine is 1.01 & uric acid is 7.0 .is iam ok.please check my legs i have any edema

My father had taken a blood test in February in which his Creatinine was 1.20 and eGFR 67. Recently he had another blood test in which his Creatinine is 1.6. His Creatinine levels have always been around 1.3-1.4. Please suggest what to do for such a sudden increase. He is taking BP and Cholesterol medication.

My mother has dibetes her reports are ok but uacr is very high which 946 what might be the reason behind this? The figure is increasing rapidly within days. What might help?

Continuing on the previous query about taking cefpodoxime along with acyclovir. 1. No there is no previous history of AKI. 2. I had checked my KFT last in January it was normal. 3. I was worried as previously have a history of frequent urination without any concrete diagnosis. Usg was normal except it showed one side ectopic malrotated kidney in pelvic brim. Urine routine and culture were also normal. Prostatitis however was there probably as per urologist(usg was clear tho). Please let me know if i should go ahead with cefpodem xp.

I have chickenpox and on day 4/7 of valcyclovir 3times a day(3gm total) and drinking a lot of water. Thankfully there has not been any side effects. I am urinating normally and always keeping my urine clear coloured. However recently i saw i got bacterial infection on my face, for which doctor said it might be staph so he gave cefpodoxime for 3 days 2x a day along with mupirocin ointment. My question is, as i am a little concerned about kidney and heard antivirals can put a lot of pressure on kidneys, i am scared if taking antibiotics will cause AKI or kidney issues. But at the same time i am afraid what if this infection increases, as its newr my eyebrows. Please guide me doctors. Thank you Attaching the infection image. Hi! I recently got a urine test done where it showed WBC value as 12-15 /hpf. Post this, I also got a urine culture done, which showed no bacteria or UTI. Is it normal to have this WBC value in urine test?

I take ultracet 3 times a day for pinched nerve, spondylitis for pain.  I also do physical therapy. I am worried that if there is any long-term side effect of Ultracet on kidneys and liver? kindly let me know.
