I am 34–35 years old, male, around 55 kg and 5'2". I have had very foamy urine for about 9 months, and it happens with almost every urination. The foam can be quite thick and sometimes remains for several minutes about 1 hour also. I also have swelling/heaviness in both legs, which does not leave a dent when pressed. Now I need some pressure while urinating. I previously had PUJ obstruction and pyeloplasty about 15 years ago, but I have had no significant kidney pain since then. I recently repeated my kidney and urine tests: Serum creatinine: 0.98 (2025 june) and 0.8 mg/dL (sep 2026) eGFR: 119.8 mL/min/1.73 m² (2026 sep) and 104 (2025 june) Urine albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR): 7.42 mg/g I did all tests cbc normal and lft normal hdl is 150 and ldl is 37 and ecg normal and tryclides normal Urine albumin: 0.22 mg/dL I am attaching the reports please suggest I am still having swollen legs and heavy.

I am currently on my period. I am having some small blood clots, and since my bleeding is quite heavy, I take Trenexa 500. Today, I noticed foam in my urine. Could the menstrual blood mixing with the urine during my period cause the urine to appear foamy? This is my concern.pl help

I have noticed this several times: whenever I take creatine (2 g), my lower back becomes very stiff. The stiffness extends from my buttocks to my lower back, and I have difficulty bending forward. Respected sir/mam I want to ask you that whether from last 6 years I am suffering from uric acid when my uric acid increase it increases my creatinine level also is there any permanent solution of this problem please explain or otherwise I take febuxostat 40mg for lifetime?

Hi everyone, I need a little help. I’ve been suffering from chronic hyponatremia (low sodium) for the past 2 years. It’s been a persistent issue and can become life-threatening when the sodium drops significantly. BP tablet is changed to Vinicor, earlier Tazloc H 40. (Been more than a year) For now I am using natrise tablets whenever the sodium goes below 128 and rising the sodium levels. Life has become very difficult with this. I tried some ayurvedic doctors on Practo and they are giving diuretics, which will again push me into bigger trouble. Is there a permanent cure for this in Allopathy or Ayurveda or Homeopathy? Please let me know.🙏

I had chronic fissure & bleeding for 6 years . So I underwent kshara sutra thinking it's less painful. But the thread changing sessions went on for 2 months & even after that there was lot of pain & didn't seem like it was healing. So I underwent another fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. I had followed everything doc had told. I was getting better. But I have had pain & can't manage a day without 2 sitz bath. Moreover even after following all that, I've been having a strange lower abdominal pain & further the whole lower body starts paining. More like pulling & burning .I even have the anal pain. There's no bleeding or pus. But pain.I really have no energy to undergo another surgery.This is my 5th surgery & I have other health probs too.
