My father in law creatinine level is 2.68 I m attaching the report it can be normal or not plz tell what to do

Sir, I have persistent foam in urine like soap.i had under eye bags since 6 months so I had my normal blood profile many times showing normal creatinine .78 and egfr around 119.urine routine is also normal . few days ago I had my urine acr with creatinine urine 108mg/dl and microalbumin 12.69 ug/ml showing normal urine acr 11.27 but I have persistent foam and under eye bags. What to do next please guide

Three months ago, my serum creatinine was 0.89 and eGFR was 114. I got tested today, and the results show serum creatinine at 1.03 and eGFR at 97. I have been following a normal diet for these three months. My question is: why has there been such a change in creatinine and eGFR levels over this period? Is this something to be worried about?

So i had gout 6 months ago i followed all the medication told by my doctor, I had swelling around my big toe area which is then Reduced to 95% and my big toe got painless,  movement became normal also I had normal uric acid level after the lab test But since those 6 months I still have that remaining 5% painless non red swelling in my big toe what to do now

My father aged 58 with previous medical history of Type II Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension for more than 10 years is currently diagnosed with ADPKD. He has left renal Class I and Class II cyst and right renal Class I cortical cyst. His left kidney is enlarged with multiple cyst and kidney size 13.8 x 6.5 cm ( USG dt 13 Jul 26).
