Mother to a 2.4 year old . Im unable to love him. Why is this happening tome? How to get myself treated?

I dont know what is happening with me from past few weeks.i get irritated and agitated very frequently. With so small things i get these anger attacks kind of. I dont feel like socialising with people every time i feel gloomy and sad. I feel like being alone all the time. Can anyone please help me out what should i do.

I'm getting extreme anxiety about my health. Since lockdown I'm getting numerous symptoms like loose stools, chest pain, rapid heat beat, tingling sensation, jaw pain like TMJ symptoms, ear clogging, hot flashes, eye pressure, dizziness and not waking up refreshed. There are lot even after diagnosis I found nothing like sugar thyroid etc. Except 234 triglycerides. Really worried why this is happening to me. Let me know if this won't kill me. I'm really crying alot. My wife even not understanding my issue. I'm getting fear of fear. Help me out.

I am experiencing frequent anger outburst issues and I am getting negative thoughts with bouts of crying. I feel emotional loneliness at my in laws place and I keep thinking about running away. I have a son who's 6 years old and I keep myself busy with him. But these thoughts are way to strong and i cant keep them off. These things have started after a clash between me and my in laws and husband. I have been married for almost 7 years in which I have felt secluded from this family despite all efforts. Kindly advise what should I do. I have also tried to keep myself engaged, i was working earlier but i left my job as my mil didn't want to look after my son. I tried taking up a job now but they have denied me.

I suffering from too much depression due to some personal problems. Always skipping my meals couldn't eat or drink properly. Barely like to do anything rather than feeling depressed having depressed thoughts & crying all day. Am on cilapam 0.25/5mg medicine from past 2weeks but no improvement. Also couldn't like to go for gym. Having lack of motivation. What is the way now?

4 years ago it starts, In beginning I got afraid of pigs whenever I see them my mind thought that I was touched by them then I come to home take shower. after sometime I started recording video with my phone so that whenever I see them I start video and it keeps a record that they are away from me. this all happening to me since 4 years.but now from last 4-5 months  symptom increases. firstly in my mind unusual thoughts of my family, my career starts coming daily. and I started unusually washing my hands regularly. At that point I was thinking that I wash hands for protect my family against covid-19. After 1 month problem of washing hands increases even I started washing my legs regularly with soap. now since 1 month I am so depressed I am unable to go outsidemy home because unusual thoughts that if I will go outside my hands my legs my clothes will get durty or else I will touch by the pig even it is not there.. I am unable to do things my own I need help of others.

Sir i had a very hard breakup i dont overcome from this till now the place where we were went when I go to same place again then it trigger my old memories and all the little bit trigger her thought and suddenly my mind freezes and start feeling bad then how can i able to recover this type of trigger

I have Dysthymia from last 10 years, I was recovering in the staring year with stalopam but then it suddenly stopped working. Since then I am not getting any recovery.lots of antidepressants tried but no improvement.At present I am just taking stalopam. Can take stalopam 10 in morning and prothiaden 25 at night for better results or any other combination?

I'm undergoing treatment for juvenile myoclonic epilepsy for last 6 years. I'm taking VALPARIN CHRONO-200 twice a day. Recently I went to a psychiatrist for anxiety and depression issue. He prescribed me tab. DEPSERT-100 mg. Is it safe to take this medicine for epileptic patients ? I forgot to ask this from my doctor so please help.
